Vaanga Pesalam (Let's Talk)
A casual, open discussion forum providing a safe and supportive space for women to share thoughts, experiences, and challenges. Builds strong friendships and a reliable support system.
Walking Challenge
Encourages members to incorporate walking into their daily routine. Features a 5k daily challenge and a shared log to track progress, making fitness fun and motivating.
Guided Yoga Sessions
Volunteer-led yoga classes for all skill levels, focusing on stress reduction, physical health, and mental clarity.
Sakthi Spotlight
A weekly newsletter celebrating the women of SAKTHI, featuring a different member each week to share her story, passions, and accomplishments.
Energizing Zumba Classes
High-energy Zumba classes led by a volunteer instructor, combining music and dance for a fun, effective workout.
Nutrition Corner
Practical tips on healthy eating, meal planning, and wellness, shared by knowledgeable volunteers. Includes simple recipes and advice for busy lifestyles.
Community Gardening Club
A therapeutic program for members to cultivate a shared garden, growing flowers and organic vegetables together. Promotes relaxation, teamwork, and the joy of harvesting.
